Referring a child or adult
Parents, carers, adults and health professionals can contact the centre to enquire about assessment. Please check the referral requirements for the relevant clinicians before booking.
For an initial enquiry, share contact details and a brief summary. Ask the team how to provide clinical information or existing reports appropriately.
Fees and funding
Assessment and ongoing therapy may have different fees and funding arrangements. Contact the team before booking to discuss the costs that apply to your assessment.
What should I check before booking?
Ask for the assessment fee, what is included, the clinicians you will see and any referral documents needed. Confirm any reimbursement with the relevant funding provider before committing to an appointment.
Can I use a rebate or existing funding?
Eligibility depends on the service, clinician and your individual arrangements. Contact the team to discuss your circumstances, then check any proposed claim with your funder or insurer.
Is funding for assessment the same as funding for therapy?
The rules can differ. Ask about assessment costs and any recommended ongoing therapy separately, so you can confirm each with the relevant provider.
