How information is handled when you use this website or send an enquiry.

Enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, together with consent to be contacted. The message is sent to the centre’s enquiry inbox at info@livelyeaters.com.au so the team can respond.

Please avoid including detailed medical information in an initial enquiry. Ask the team how to share clinical records appropriately.

Questionnaire responses

The NIAS questionnaire calculates scores in your browser. The questionnaire does not send your answers to the centre or save them in the website database. You can choose to print your results.

Website operation

The hosting service may process technical information such as request details and IP addresses to operate and protect the website. Enquiry emails are processed by the email services used to deliver and receive them. The website uses a short-lived, hashed identifier to limit repeated form submissions.
